I use authenticity, directness, compassion, and nonjudgmental truth to help clients move from feeling stuck to a place of freedom and relief.

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders. Whether you suffer from an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia), have disordered eating habits, experience distress or guilt after eating, feel controlled by the need to exercise, experience poor body image, or are stuck in a cycle of chronic dieting, I am here to help. We will work together to address your underlying issues, and I will offer new ways of thinking, communicating, and interacting with the world, free of unwanted obsessions, maladaptive behaviors, and critical self-talk. I believe you have the ability to fully recover in order to live a fuller and freer life and am here to support you through the process.
My Therapy Focus
While working at the residential level of care I found my passion to help people heal their relationships with food and their bodies. I have years of experience treating people of all genders suffering from eating disorders; experience includes serving as interim program director and lead therapist at The Bella Vita Residential Treatment Center, La Canada Flintridge, CA and primary therapist at residential treatment centers Monte Nido Vista, Agoura Hills, CA and Monte Nido River Towns, Irvington, NY.
