In order to effectively meet your individual therapeutic needs, my practice includes varying combinations of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Reality-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. You are the most important person, and I prioritize your needs, wants, and preferences to ensure you maximize the greatest benefit from your investment.
