My Approach to Helping
As a Licensed Associate Counselor, Diane is uniquely positioned to provide a safe space for non-judgmental, open-minded, friendly and genuine therapy as she brings over 8 years of highly relevant mental health experience. Diane utilizes a Person-Centered approach, developing a strong rapport, unconditional positive regard, and a deep level of trust with all of her clients while fervently empowering them to make changes that lead to a healthier and happier lifestyle. Specifically, Diane employs an Eclectic approach to treatment which allows her to customize the therapy provided for each client’s unique needs and goals. Diane brings a wealth of knowledge having worked with a wide range of adults, adolescents and children as well as experience with individual, group, crisis work and outpatient settings.
More Info About My Practice
Diane has been in the mental health field for over 8 years. She holds her Masters of Science degree in Counseling from Monmouth University, which is a CACREP approved program. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Rider University.

Diane loves being around her family and close friends, traveling the world to experience different cultures, making people laugh, and hiking. Diane would consider herself to be a big foodie and enjoys cooking various types of food from all over the world.
