I believe in the importance of a collaborative experience to create your therapy goals. We typically begin with the one goal that can create a meaningful impact in the present moment. This process involves choosing one of your short-term goals that can be accomplished today. We eventually work towards your long-term goals or where you see yourself in the future. These goals are picked based on your specific needs and reached the pace that is most comfortable to you. Creating small attainable goals is the key to your everyday success.
