My Approach to Helping
I describe my approach as holistic, because I believe healing is a matter of physical, emotional and mental health. I believe adjusting our environments can aid healing as well. I utilize information you generously share with me to help you identify key factors that would improve your overall health. Together we will discover existing strengths and use them to build a solid foundation for healing and recovering.
I understand therapy can seem scary or overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel as safe as possible sharing your personal concerns with me in order to create a positive experience in a potential highly stressful time in your life. I tailor the modality in which we will work based on your learning style and needs.
