I am trained in multiple approaches that focus on behavior patterns, acceptance and mindfulness that I will use to tailor to your specific needs. We will utilize your existing strengths to build a solid foundation for healing and recovering.

I specialize in supporting adults who are trying to manage overwhelming events in their lives. I help my clients identify their triggers and teach them effective strategies to overcome difficult feelings and on-going stress.
