What's My Approach to Therapy?
Hi! Time to change something? I'm Adrian. I absolutely love this work and am energized by it. Many of my clients tried just about everything before deciding that therapy was their best solution. Making changes in our lives and getting clear on what we need to change can be very difficult. Psychotherapy can help you let go of subconscious patterns and beliefs that aren't working for you. And changing our assumptions about the world and improving our relationships can result in profoundly positive change and a life worth celebrating!
As a therapist I help clients determine and make what changes they'd like, and help them do so as quickly and easily as possible. Not that change is easy. It rarely is. But when you're serious about change, the benefits of therapy far outweigh the work involved.

Having been more than 25 years in the field, I feel pretty adept at working with just about anything you come to me with. That being said, I'm most expert at relationship issues (besides the license, I'm a certified Imago Relationship therapist) and helping people individually with anxiety, especially panic attacks, and trauma (including adults that were abused as children or experienced some traumatic event as an adult (EMDR is an amazing therapy approach). Groups I Work With
- I work a lot with anxiety and trauma sufferrers to help them not just cope, but real. I also find EMDR useful for such diverse challenges ranging from self-esteem to trauma and anxiety. I love helping couples work through relationship challenges that run the gamut from feeling stuck, to improving communication, to healing from infidelity.
