I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, or trauma—often rooted in relational or family dynamics. In our initial sessions, we'll begin by gently exploring how these experiences are stored in your body, recognizing that your nervous system holds key insights about your emotional and physiological state.
Together, we’ll create a therapeutic plan that prioritizes safety, regulation, and connection, helping you regain a sense of balance and agency. Through a polyvagal lens, we’ll focus on fostering a felt sense of safety in your body, allowing for gradual shifts in your nervous system. We will untangle what's weighing you down, reconnect with yourself, and create the changes that help you grow, heal, and discover what truly matters so you can live a life that feels more satisfying and grounded.
