My Approach to Helping
Do you feel trapped, like you can't move forward? I chose this profession because I believe people are resilient and can heal. You can move past these challenging times and propel forward with the change you want in your life. We are all deserving of life satisfaction and finding meaning in our everyday lives. My specialty is trauma and I am trained in ๐๐๐ฟ๐ (eye movement desensitization reprocessing). I see people with a wide range of difficulties in their life. In time, the goal of therapy is for you to no longer need therapy. That means that you will have achieved your goals and are being the ideal version of yourself.
I tailor my approach to the individualized needs of each person. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, I will work with you to resolve your most pressing concerns, gain insight into how you have been impacted by your past experiences, and relieve discomfort and emotional pain. Our work will focus on the core issues to establish long-term wellness.
