My Approach to Helping
I find joy in working with amazing individuals that are struggling to navigate through depression, stress and life transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Also, I strive to have your best interest over my own. YOU are the EXPERT in your life, therefore, I believe you should have a personalized therapeutic experience to develop the coping skills you need. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Christian Counseling. Spirituality is welcome in the therapy room based on my clients’ preference when appropriate. My primary goal is to help you use your already given strengths to create the healthy and fulfilling life. You owe it to yourself to be a healthier and happier human being. At times therapy will be challenging but I will be right here supporting you.
