My Approach to Helping
Are you tired of being on the hamster wheel of life, feeling like you need to make changes, but you don’t know where to start? Change is possible and I would love to help you learn the skills you need to make the changes you want in your life.
I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Therapy can be a place to address your concerns such as working through difficult emotions, past traumas, present struggles, learning new ways of coping, and be a place to help you grow.
I have over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am knowledgeable in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I can support you by listening, providing a safe environment, and working with you to reach your goals.
