I'm a sensitivity expert who supports Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), empaths, and other sensitive types to help you work through painful emotions like shame, self-doubt, and low self-esteem to increase your self-compassion and self-acceptance, find joy in your life, and embrace the innate gifts your sensitive nature gives you.
I also specialize in grief and loss, major life transitions, and therapy for fellow therapists, and am passionate about supporting people who are in the tender intersection of sensitivity and grief. I use a collaborative, client-centered, and strength-based approach to help you discover the gifts in your sensitivity, explore the things that are making life harder than it needs to be, and build the tools to start getting your sensitive needs met. I believe that small shifts can create big, positive, sustainable changes, and can help you start identifying the tiny things you can do differently.
