*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* Life can be hard sometimes, especially when you're struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one, a major life change, or past traumas that impact how you feel about yourself. These things can make you feel anxious, depressed, and like you're stuck in a cycle of stress and overwhelm. You deserve to find hope, healing, happiness, and peace of mind, and you don't have to face these things alone.
I use a collaborative, client-centered, and strength-based approach to help you explore things from both your past and present that are making life harder than it needs to be. I believe that small shifts can create big, positive, sustainable changes, and can help you start identifying the tiny things you can do differently.
