My Approach to Helping
I know that life is not always easy and sometimes we need a little help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. My practice specializes in treating individuals and couples to address the issues you face. I have found through years of counseling that there are coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future. Everyone has hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. I use the following four approaches:
Creating motivation to make difficult changes.
Changing behaviors that have become problematic.
Managing negative emotions such as anger, depression, or anxiety.
Relationship repair, restoration and enrichment.
