I am Dr. Mary Lowrey, a psychiatrist double Board Certified in General Adult and ChildAdolescent Psychiatry. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Florida State University (F.S.U.) Honors Program. I completed my medical degree from the University of South Florida (U.S.F.) College of Medicine in 2002. I continued my journey at the U.S.F. Department of Psychiatry, where I completed both my General Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training.

I'm Dr. Mary Lowrey, a double board-certified general adult and childadolescent psychiatry psychiatrist. My approach to helping is grounded in compassion, empathy, and an excellent bedside manner. With extensive experience in Outpatient and Inpatient psychiatric settings, I provide comprehensive care to children and adults of all ages.

I completed my General Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training at the U.S.F. Department of Psychiatry. I worked at distinguished institutions such as Tampa General, James A Haley VA, Bay Pines VA, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospitals, and the Silver Child Development Center at U.S.F during my training.
As a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Florida Psychiatric Association, I bring diverse clinical experience to my practice. I have served on staff at several not-for-profit hospitals in Pinellas County, including Mease Dunedin and Morton Plant Hospitals. Additionally, I wasthe Medical Director for community-based services for children and young adults in Pinellas County.
