I work with people who are in the throes of depression, anxiety, trauma, or a difficult relationship to feel better, and make long term, lasting changes in their lives. I use a variety of evidence based approaches, including solutions focused, DBT, CBT, as well as an integrative, transpersonal approach to help my clients achieve their goals.
