My Approach to Helping
There are so many changes in your life - both big and small - that can bring about feelings of anxiety, depression and loss. Navigating these changes can feel so overwhelming at times, sometimes beyond what you might feel capable of holding on your own. You may be in uncharted territory and wonder about the uncertainty of the road ahead. You are looking for ways to process past experiences, cope with the present, and manage future challenges. I offer a space to express the thoughts and feelings you might not feel comfortable sharing with friends and family. I work from a compassion focused, strengths-based approach. We will work collaboratively to forge a path forward and bring healing.
