My Approach to Helping
Life can be complicated and challenging, especially given the current state of the world. My goal and mission are to help people improve their lives by working through these challenges and learning different techniques to build coping and resilience to improve their life experiences. My focus is on meeting people where they are and helping them improve their quality of life.
I gather inspiration from a variety of backgrounds and techniques but have found that individuals have a great deal of success when we work on the relationship between their thoughts and emotions.
