My Approach to Helping
No Waitlist (week of June 5th). As a therapist, I care to understand each person uniquely and hold space for you to feel heard, understood, and acknowledged so you can meet your goals, find balance, and grow. My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered. I base my work on experiential, person-centered, and trauma-informed modalities, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit the individual needs of each of my clients.
I understand that beginning your counselling journey might feel overwhelming, and it is my goal to make the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible to support you on your path to healing.
