Fees: How frequently we meet following your initial session will depend on your current circumstances and goals, your budget, and the intensity of your need for support. Clients generally achieve more enduring and meaningful changes when they establish a consistent rhythm in weekly sessions, which provides the following:

If weekly meetings aren’t affordable, I encourage you to explore creative scheduling accommodations to keep you within your budget and still benefit from reliable services provided by me or another Spark Center licensed team member. Feel free to ask!

I also encourage you to explore the opportunity to work with a Spark Center therapist who is completing training toward licensure in social work, marriage and family therapy, or clinical psychology if making a commitment to therapy seems financially out of reach.

I can collaborate with and guide you through this process by helping you identify, understand, and rework ineffective patterns and build new skills and behavior to create the better life you want personally and professionally.

I'll help you cope more skillfully with your emotions, develop more tolerance for uncertainty and change, and work through painful experiences. With informed support, you’ll respond more confidently to life's challenges. My specialties include adults with childhood emotional neglect, trauma, people pleasers, men, teens and young adults, struggling parents, and adoption.
