I specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ adults as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. I am neurodiverse affirming, LQBTQIA+ affirming, and poly open relationship affirming. I specialize in using a variety of cognitive, behavioural, and body-based techniques. I offer options for both remote and in-person therapy.
My eclectic approach to treatment is influenced by my clinical experience and cutting-edge research. I focus on building strength in the following areas: nervous system regulation, improving executive functioning, prioritizing self-care, setting clear goals, taking specific actions toward those goals, and improving communication and social relationships.
