I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and the pressure of figuring out direction and motivation. I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients and feel especially drawn to those who are hard on themselves, feel stuck in patterns, and need something to shift. My style is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’ll move at your pace while helping you understand yourself more clearly, break patterns that aren’t working, and start making changes that feel realistic and lasting. You don’t have to navigate this on your own.
