My approach to therapy is to develop an active partnership between Patient and Psychologist.
Here is how it works
Our first few sessions will give me an opportunity to get to know more about you. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and what you want to achieve through our collaboration. The information you share will enable me to guide you toward understanding your situation with greater clarity. As we progress, you will learn techniques for better problem-solving, communication, stress management, and emotional wellbeing. A Key element of this process is that you will be incorporating your new skills into your day-to-day life. In other words, I'll help you move from insight and understanding to action. The aim is for you to see and feel positive changes as you put your knowledge into practice. With mutual hard work and dedication to reaching your goals, our therapy journey can become a powerful force for change and improvement in your life.
