My Approach to Helping

I tailor my approach to each client so that each person has the therapy type that is most effective for them. I am an EMDR trained therapist with extensive training in Trauma related disorders. I do tend to lean towards CBT overall though, as thoughts, and origins of those thoughts play out often times in our behaviors. I believe in partnering with my clients towards their change as they are the expert of their own lives. I am so excited to get the opportunity to work with you and hope to hear from you soon!
