My Approach to Helping
At Unleashed Counseling, we lean on the healing power of nature and the mind-body connection to help you overcome anxiety and enhance self-compassion. We use practices such as animal-assisted therapy, walk & talk therapy, and art therapy, to create a gentle, joyful atmosphere in the counseling room. We create a safe space where we can celebrate you and your desire to grow.
We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders. Together, we can explore practical and efficient ways to manage stress, achieve goals, and create a happier, more fulfilling life. We can help you feel like yourself again.
