Groups I Work With

Are you experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, work stress? Therapy can help. rnrnEvery relationship has its ups and downs. Sometimes, these ups and downs become a habit, and it may be difficult to remember why you are together, or even doubt that you want to stay together. Getting help in couples counseling can give you and your partner the skills and support you need to feel seen, heard, and understood in the relationship. I help and support couples in getting to this point. rnrnBeing a woman can be hard enough. Add balancing work, family, school, care-taking for an ailing parent, and being you may feel impossible. I support women in feeling more grounded, less stressed out, and more present in their lives and their relationships. rnrnExpressing tenderness and being emotionally open are important to nurturing healthy relationships with those around you, yet few men feel comfortable doing this. Often, anxiety, depression, anger, impatience, lack of confidence, and life and work stress get in the way. I help and support men in stepping over these hurdles and improving their relationships.rnrnWe will work together to understand the cause of your struggles and address it with long-lasting strategies, tools, and solutions.
