My Approach to Helping

The most important step a person can take is the next one. With all of the uncertainty we face right now, it is more important than ever to develop resilience. If you're looking to grow more confident in how you approach your relationships, your job, and life in general, or you know someone who is, I can help! I offer easy to use online tele-health from the comfort of your own space, as well as in-person sessions located in the Shoreview area.

I specialize in working with men's health and conflict in relationships. Despite my focus on men's health issues, I work with adolescents 14+ and adults both male and female, as well as couples and families. I am experienced in assisting people in navigating conflict and communication issues, as well as stress management and adapting to life transitions.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Now, more than ever, we all could use support. 2020 has been a year of massive changes in our lives. It is important to remember that we are all experiencing some form of anxiety or stress at this time, and that this is part of what unites our experience. When many of our daily experiences outside of the privacy of our homes are so limited, it can be beneficial to invest in ourselves.

Therapy can help you gain insight and understanding of your wants and needs as a person, it can help build resilience and self-reliance in a time you and those you love may need it now more than ever. I can teach you stress management strategies that can not only help you withstand hardship, but learn and grow from it as well. Contact me to learn more.
