My Approach to Helping
I see therapy as a collaborative journey where clients can identify the strengths and skills they already possess. As a therapist, I focus on guiding clients to develop their full potential through self-exploration and hands-on processing. I rely on cognitive behavioral therapy and affirmative therapy as my main approaches while integrating other therapies to create a holistic approach that can meet the client’s expectations. Since each individual is unique, I firmly believe that therapy needs to be flexible enough to fit the needs of those seeking healing and support. I have worked with individuals of all ages and populations with different backgrounds at various levels of care including inpatient and outpatient settings.
