My Approach to Helping
You play many roles in your life. You are a friend, partner, employee, student, family member, a parent, teacher, and a support system. You play all of these roles, and sometimes at the end of the day you have nothing left. You find yourself needing help managing the different roles in your life. On top of these roles you struggle with the daily stressors of life that can include finances, personal and work life. Eventually you feel like everything is going to fall apart, and you are not enjoying things that use to make you happy. I can help people who exhausted and are in the middle of chaos. Together we can sort through all the "stuff" that is going on and reconnect you to your passions and joys. We can also work on identifying what is really important to you, and you can start living life the way you want.

Women and ADHD
As a women with ADHD I know what you are going through, and I emphasize with your daily struggles. I am here for you. I can help manage your ADHD, as well as work though daily struggles. Sometimes ADHD can come with anxieties, and we can work though this together.
It is sometimes hard for children to express there emotions and feelings. Through play therapy children have the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe place.
Being a teen is difficult, they deal with a lot of different stressors from school to up holding an image on social media. Teens may also face low confidence and pressures to be cool. These unrealistic ideas can lead to the feelings of not being good enough, anger, and sadness. Teens are going through a lot not only physically but also mentally and emotionally, and I hope to help them go through this tough time and help them live the fullest life they can. I love working this teens and I connect well with them. I have worked in Junior High as a school counselor, and I specialize in young women and anxiety.
Women and Sports
Transitioning from a college athlete to a "9-5" can be difficult. You do not have that team support that you are use to, and you may feel as though you are missing something in your life. I am here to help! You may feel anxious, or not important now that you are not involved in that sport. You are important! I am here to help with those emptiness you may feel. I also work with women and sports performance anxiety.
