I am passionate about working collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to inspire personal growth, hope, and change. Life challenges can create barriers to living fully, and therapy can open up new possibilities for a more engaged and satisfied way of being. I offer a warm and trusting space for you to feel supported and comfortable to work through difficult issues and experiences. Whatever challenges and obstacles you are facing, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, emotional distress, life transitions, or everyday stress, I am dedicated to helping you gain insight and discover ways to move toward success.

I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals to tap into their inner strength and take steps toward a more fulfilling life. I specialize in working with couples hoping to move toward healing and build a more satisfying relationship. I enjoy working with families to help with overcoming relationship challenges. Parents often feel overwhelmed by their child's difficult behaviors, and I offer strategies and tools to provide hope and help for parents.

I believe that creating a confidential, compassionate and non-judgmental working relationship is a critical ingredient to a productive and successful therapy experience. I am dedicated to providing an environment where you feel you that you are getting the care that you need.

I invite you to view my website to explore ways I can be of help to you. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.

More Info About My Practice

Working with couples is one of my areas of expertise. Sometimes sharing difficult experiences can feel uncomfortable for couples. I believe it is important to create a collaborative and safe space in the therapy process for couples to feel comfortable sharing openly and freely. I am passionate about helping couples reduce conflict, enhance communication, increase connection, build trust, and increase positive interactions in order to have a happier and healthier relationship. My passion for working with couples motivated me to further my education and achieve a Post-Masters certification in Marriage and Family Therapy.
