My Approach to Helping
Have you ever been told you’re “too much”—or maybe not enough? Are you exhausted by the ongoing pressure to hide who you really are? Do you struggle to fit into social, academic, or corporate spaces?
Many of us live under inherited expectations—unspoken “shoulds” about how we’re supposed to think, feel, or exist in the world. These pressures can lead to shame and a deep sense of inauthenticity.
Trained in psychoanalysis and existential philosophy, I specialize in working with individuals who have internalized these demands. Together we will explore how cultural norms, early relationships, and moral values have shaped your identity —and how they may now be holding you back. Our work together is about recognizing these patterns and reclaiming authenticity. I bring warmth, rigor, and a steady presence to our work together, and I welcome all of you —especially the parts that have felt unseen or too much elsewhere.
