My Approach to Helping
My calling is to support women and teen girls (15+) struggling with stress, anxiety, relationships and multicultural issues lead more empowering and fulfilling lives. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, resentful, you have a safe space here to explore your feelings, heal your emotional wound and embrace your vulnerability without being judged. I offer gentle and compassionate guidance that will help you feel relief, more control in your life and experience greater self love and acceptance. My hope is that in our sessions, you would feel a sense of respite from the world, connect more deeply with yourself and gain a new perspective on your life.
By integrating mindfulness principles, I help you raise self-awareness and develop insight on the changes you wish to make in your life. Through therapeutic experience, you will learn coping skills to help you feel relief, find a deep sense of joy, and work toward a space of resilience.
