I provide counselling for adults, teens, and children struggling with stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD). I also provide counselling, support, and guidance for family members of individuals with ADHD to help navigate the many challenges and concerns that come up in relationships impacted by ADHD.
