It can feel as if the ground has been pulled out from beneath you, leaving you questioning everything you once believed and cherished. You may notice waves of anger, sadness, fear, or even numbness, and the weight of it all can feel heavy to carry alone. These reactions are completely normal. It’s okay if you feel lost right now. My role is to help you process what has happened and begin to find steady ground again.
