I am a humanistic behavioral clinical psychologist with more than four decades of experience in behavioral therapy and medicine. I am committed to helping my clients feel and function better. I offer individual, couples, and family psychological therapy, as well as executive coaching and consultation to institutions. I believe in helping people Learn to Live Better (r). I specialize in brief behavioral interventions and diagnostic assessment. I work in primary care settings to help clients manage complex emotional, psychological, and behavioral diagnoses. I help people of all ages and groups of reference with medical and social problems, involvement in the legal and educational systems, and addictions. I also specialize in individual clinical assessments of youth, children, and adults, and I offer executive coaching and institutional consultations. My areas of expertise include normal and atypical behavior, human behavior and interactions, relaxation and stress, anxiety disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, behavioral and sexual addictions, grief and bereavement, families and couples on a variety of intimacy and interaction problems, and sexual concerns and dysfunctions.
