I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), and an analytically informed, depth, and somatic psychotherapist. Guided by a reverence for the sacred process of self-discovery, I aim to create a space where healing unfolds like a tapestry, woven from threads of emotional experience, symbolic exploration, and the wisdom of the body. I believe that the body and soul are indivisible, and thus integrate somatic therapies and attachment theory into our sessions to restore the harmony between psyche and soma.
