My Approach to Helping
I am a therapist for anyone that desires change. I accept you for who you are. It takes a great amount of courage to seek out help and actually follow through to contacting someone. It takes even more courage to call and go meet the therapist in the office. I think you have the courage to do it. You can do this and finally make a change in your life and not continue to suffer and drown in your sadness or issues. Change is up to you.

More Info About My Practice
I became a therapist because I want others to have a relationship with at least one special person that will listen and hear what they are saying. When I established a relationship with my therapist, I felt like I was provided answers to questions that I never knew I had. Those answers allowed me to gain valuable insight into me and help me to be in my right mind again. That's what I can do you for you. We can establish a relationship that includes trust, confidentiality, and insight into you. Pick up the phone or if that is too hard, email me your concern or questions and I will provide you the answers.
