Sometimes life challenges are best examined from higher ground. Life is a process and with it may come doubt (from self and others), distractions, and discouragement. Mastery of this process brings confidence, focus, and courage to move forward through life's journey. Together, we can identify the obstacles and transform them into meaningful life lessons. Let's get started today.

More Info About My Practice

As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I utilize therapies designed to preserve and improve the quality of relationships while honoring each person. My training includes a variety of evidence-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapies, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) an effective form of trauma treatment.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor. In addition to my work with individuals and couples, I specialize in working with issues common to adolescents and young adults. This may include family counseling which is a beneficial component to long term success. We can work together to move your relationship with your teen from power struggle to a peaceful and productive relationship.

My Therapy Focus

When I think about the process of therapy, I think about the idea of moving to higher ground in order to examine life from a different perspective.
