I have specialized experience with individuals, families, and couples. My passion is helping individuals, couples & families work together to function as a family. I understand life's challenges of dealing with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem while trying to balance a healthy lifestyle. My blueprint for you: individual, couple, family is to help you communicate effectively within your relationships, establish trust and boundaries, and lesson the divide within your relationships.
My focus is to rebuild and keep the family unit together. Now a day's families look different than the traditional sense. I 'am here to help co-parenting with a former partner, division between siblings, raising childrenteens. Discover who you are as an individual! However, I will need your participation to do it.
I'm here for you as an individual, family, or couple to help restore your relationships. Relationships can be challenging. Knowing, who you are as an individual will help the relationships, or family that you are connected to. Effective communication will help, in every aspect of your life.
