If you or a child you love has experienced ongoing developmental trauma, you may be left with behavioral, emotional, and relational challenges. When treated at the core of the injury (relational trauma), you CAN experience healing and change. It is my goal to give every client I see the opportunity to experience this healing in their own lives. I am both a TBRI Practitioner and a TBRI Educator, having participated in Texas Christian University's "Trust Based Relational Intervention" practitioner and educator trainings. I use a variety of trauma-informed and relationally-focused intervention strategies targeted to meet the unique needs of my clients. These include play therapy, mindfulness, and narrative approaches.

More Info About My Practice

I have years of experience working with children from hard places, at-risk youth, and the families that love them. Through my work experiences, in addition to the life changing event of becoming a mother myself through adoption, I have developed a passion for working with children and adults who have experienced complex developmental trauma and relational traumas, and the constellation of diagnoses and behaviors that follow. I am also committed to working along side the parents of these children to offer hope, encouragement, and the resources to become experts on their own children's lives.
