My area of expertise is in anxious moods, depressive moods, and childhood & adult trauma. You and I will work together toward developing the necessary skills and toward becoming resilient. My goal is to help you develop the needed skills to ease any difficulties that you’re experiencing. You’ll work toward gaining the fortitude to face your adversities. Together, we’ll develop the insight that’s related to your circumstance(s), we’ll work toward identifying and reframing any unhelpful thoughts, and utilize learned strategies.
