My Approach to Therapy
I view counseling from a relational and integrative lens, blending the psychology of trauma with an attachment based approach to resolve core symptomatic issues that are interfering with today. I am a National Certified Counselor, and hold a masters certification in yoga therapy E-CYT500, and I hold a certification as Natural Health Professional CNHP. I am a trained EMDR provider and am working on certification in the trauma field. Every person has a innate ability to heal; I would be honored to be a bridge to your healing.
