So you are looking for healing. The good news is that you have immense healing potential within you.

I view my role not as one who fixes others, but as a assistant to you finding your own way and your own healing. One of the most rewarding things for me is being witness to others gaining greater peace and understanding in their lives. From my own healing and development, I have found that the most effective helpers walk (figuratively) with you on your path. Feeling better and having more clarity about your life is just down the way. Lets walk together.

More Info About My Practice

My background is working with people struggling with trauma and addiction. However I have also worked with people struggling with a broad range of other problem areas as well. I view people holistically. So this means that we will look together at the many different pieces operating in your life to help you get to where you want to be. Part of this process may include increasing one's awareness through the practice of mindfulness.

Please note: I do not accept insurance.
