As private practitioner I work with a broad spectrum of clients including couples, teens, and childhood sexual abuse survivors. Among my areas of focus are depression, anxiety, addictions, infidelity, blended families, and cultural issues. The main goal is to provide a confidential and nurturing environment to help overcome a variety of life issues and personal challenges, as well as to promote personal growth and development. With compassion and understanding, I counsel each individual to help build on strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplish.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
From getting stuck in the grieving process to having a short fuse or compulsive behaviors (intrusive worrying, repetitive behaviors, or a need to have things in a particular order) to addictive behaviors (eating, gaming, or drugs and alcohol) we will never stop finding ways to improve our lives with or without therapy.
When you walk your talk and do the right things, it makes your world a better place, both for you and for those you care about. The idea here is to be your best self without compromising your values. You'll feel better for it, as will others around you.
