My Approach to Helping

Throughout the years, I've developed many different approaches to helping the people I work with. I believe that the most important element of any approach is to get to know the person(s) I am working with, gain their trust, and together, create the approach that best fits their particular personality. The world of therapy is rich and vast with many approaches that show positive outcomes but nothing replaces the relationship formed between client and therapist.

 

More Info About My Practice

I work in a group practice that has highly trained and qualified professionals. We have a staff of people to answer the phone and personalize the client's experience from the beginning of the first phone call. We also have 24 hour answering service and a therapist on-call. My psychotherapy fees are $150.00 an hour. My consulting, mediation and coaching fees are $225.00 per hour. Payment is due at time of service. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.

Without question, my primary interest is helping clients have successful relationships. These can span from pre-marital, marital, family and extended family relationships to helping clients separate and build a strong, healthy co-parenting relationship, to step-parenting and parent relationships with their children and each other after divorce. The primary reason this has become my focus is my belief that if we can create healthy, rewarding relationships, we can probably handle most of life's challenges. My goal is to help my clients find ways to achieve that goal.
