I am a master at helping you to enhance the quality of your relationships. I will also guide you to improve the relationship you have with yourself to increase confidence and self esteem. I am a direct, insightful, empathic, genuine and solution focussed therapist and will give you specific action steps to help you get your relationship on track. I work with understanding your belief system which you developed in your youth and will help you to see if it benefits or hinders you. This is a cognitive therapy format. How you think affects what you feel, affects what you do. Therefore it is possible to change or affect the outcome you desire! I will work with you to achieve success in meeting your objectives.
