In addition, I have 20 years of experience working with teens and adults who have reading and math disabilities as well as ADD. I can help with success strategies, self esteem issues and low cost referrals for assessment.

So often in life the message we receive is that it is a weakness to ask for help, that we are strong when we can figure things out on are own. What a myth that it is! It takes a tremendous amount of courage to ask for help and to allow another to walk with you on your journey. Psychotheray is great opportunity to practice the strength of asking for help.
