My Approach to Helping
I work with children, adults and couples. My style is active and I integrate different therapeutic models based on the needs of each individual patient. In adults, I treat a range of issues typically related to a desire for a greater sense of wellbeing. My specialty with children is Attention Deficit Disorder with a focus on self esteem and social skills. Other treatment areas with children, teens and adults include symptoms related to substance use, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, traumatic experiences and help dealing with separation/divorce.

More Info About My Practice
My work with adults involves exploring conscious and unconscious belief structures and linking them to mental blocks that get in the way. Based on these insights we can work through problematic thought patterns and issues of the past while developing practical strategies to help reach your goals.

Treatment with children varies based on the age and specific needs of your child. Contact me for a phone or office consultation to discuss potential strategies and treatment options.
