My Approach to Helping

I am providing low-fee psychotherapy while completing a Psychology Doctorate. This offers a good opportunity to obtain affordable psychotherapy from an easy-going, effective clinician. I have a M.A. in Clinical Psychology and five years of experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and couples. I integrate different models of therapy based on your specific needs, level of distress and time constraints. Some issues I help with include angst, depression, anxiety, substance issues, stress management, grief and interpersonal issues. I particularly enjoy working with individuals going through life transitions or having relationship difficulties.
