My Approach to Helping
POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY is the heart and soul of my work. I specialize in helping people grow wonderful lives. That's my expertise.

Whether you're dealing with depression or anxiety, family issues or unfulfilled dreams, I can almost always help.

I've taught positive psychology at UCLA MedSchool. I work with people to create the change they yearn for. I may ask what you hope for? What do you dream of -- and what gets in your way? Some of our work will be very practical and some may go deeper.

My clients will tell you they see change almost immediately.

My sessions are warm and non-judgmental. People say I'm insightful and often humorous.

I customize an approach for each person. We set goals. We won't spend years talking about the past. We'll talk about what you hope for and what matters most to you.

We may discuss fulfillment and happiness ... insight and compassion ... relationships or life-purpose. It's based on where you want to go.

I like questions and my number is 310 491-1472. I have a couple of open spaces as of this writing.
