A large component of her approach focuses on awareness, education and experiential change. She works from a strength base approach, which means she draws from the client's strengths to create change in other areas of their lives. Elana has worked for and consulted at numerous agencies and hospitals in Chicago and Los Angeles, supporting a diverse clientele that ranges across socio-economic, ethnic, and gender lines. She provides services for individuals, groups, couples, and offers seminars and trainings for the public.
