My Approach to Helping
If you want to create a healthier and more positive life for yourself or if you are you experiencing a life change that involves significant loss, such as the ending of a relationship, a death, health problems, career crisis, or some other painful situation I can guide you through the process. I have experience working with both children and adults from diverse backgrounds. My areas of expertise center around grief and loss, depression, anxiety and women's issues.

I view life's challenges as an opportunity for spiritual growth. I seamlessly integrate a number of therapeutic modalities to promote healing. My goal is to listen and offer a guiding hand as you seek out alternative ways to understand and respond to different challenges in your life. I currently serve as co-host of a weekly radio program in Los Angeles (Full Circle, KCSN - 88.5 FM) which is dedicated to promoting health, healing and transformation. I also teach courses at Pierce College and I conduct professional workshops which focus on creating and maintaining healthy relationships.�
