I have experience working with both children and adults from diverse backgrounds. My areas of expertise center around grief and loss, depression, anxiety and women's issues.

I view life's challenges as an opportunity for spiritual growth. I seamlessly integrate a number of therapeutic modalities to promote healing. My goal is to listen and offer a guiding hand as you seek out alternative ways to understand and respond to different challenges in your life. I currently serve as co-host of a weekly radio program in Los Angeles (Full Circle, KCSN - 88.5 FM) which is dedicated to promoting health, healing and transformation.
