My Approach to Helping
In therapy with me you will experience me as actively empathizing with you AND actively challenging you. I will partner with you in deciding what you need help with if you are unsure where to begin or what to work on. I work from within the relationship you develop with me, since we are wounded in relationship; it makes sense that we are healed in relationship. We also co create our understanding of the world around us, making sense and meaning of life within our self and through our relationships. Therapy with me is designed to provide a meaningful and healing relationship.

More Info About My Practice
If you have a PPO insurance plan, your therapy with me will be covered. I find it is usually about 60%.
